You be the judge...
I was reading the Sunday 03/25/2007 Baltimore Sun's sport section, page 13D, and saw a 1/2 page ad from Kris Kirschner.
First of all, the ad was pretty good copywriting with all the buzz words and emotional appeals...always a good indicator of something "to good to be true".
Next, I hit the net to research this character and his opportunity.

Below are two "one-star" reviews from the website:

"He and is team are not on the up and up, Feb 24, 2006
reviewer: Real Estate Pro from North America
I've been doing real estate for years and the little ring of associates that Kris has available for you to do work through are only in it for the money as Kris is! Not only do they not care about you and your business like they promote, the quality of work and teaching prey on the lack of experience and knowledge of the new investor. Don't be ignorant and taking for a fool. Thousands of people from all walks of life have made good money in real estate without paying for outrageous courses. We have associates that were left in the wake of Kris and his team; with situations that left us wondering if the information that Kris is even passing as legit. Find experienced, reputable sources to reference if people are legit. But from my point of view Kris charges too much for the simple basics you can get without paying fees for. "

Beware Of A Man With A Christian Fish On His Bumper, Mar 15, 2005
reviewer: Anonymous from Atlanta, Georgia
Actually, Kris doesn't rate at all, but I had to submit something under the number of stars, or this wouldn't post. He is a swindler and the worst part is that he pretends to be a Christian. He told me he was purchasing my house and I went to a lawyers office for the closing. All the paperwork said "Buyer" and "Seller" but when it was all said and done, my Husband and I are still financially responsible for the house and it's still in our names. I have been trying to get in touch with Kirschner for over two years. I've had the mortgage companies calling about late payments. He's since moved from his home, disconnected all his phone numbers and is now the Auto Pilot Guy. I still have a house with my name on it and I have no rights to it. It shows up on my credit report, however. You all need to make an emergency landing and get off that flight, because he is not who he professes to be
